Deckard Homes and Apartments is a locally owned business serving Monroe and Brown Counties. The owners, Richard and Ruth Deckard, began the rental business in 1967. Since that time, the business has grown to offer many rental and housing choices. Currently, we own and manage over seventy homes and apartments in the Bloomington and Nashville, Indiana areas.
